The DOPS Group - UPC visits the Universidad Popular del Cesar, in Valledupar

Jordi Olivella Nadal and Bruno Domenech Lega visit the Universidad Popular del César, in Valledupar, department of César, Colombia, representing the group DOPS - UPC - Grup de Recerca en Disseny i Optimització de Processos i Serveis, of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. After having already presented a joint proposal for teaching improvement, talks continue to deepen the collaboration.
