Sergio Rubio Lacoba

Sergio Rubio Lacoba is a tenured professor in the department of management at the Universidad de Extremadura and particularly in the Escuela de Ingenierías Industriales. He is part of the research group Grupo Extremeño de Investigación en Marketing y Dirección de Operaciones (M@rkDO). His research is related to the organization of the Supply Chain, particularly with aspects related to the management of Out of Use Products and their impact on the Supply Chain. Key concepts such as reverse logistics, remanufactured products and sustainable supply chain, can describe the main topics analyzed in his projects and research papers.
