DOPS group members meet with Franco Canziani

Members of the DOPS group meet with Franco Canziani, professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), the Universidad Científica del Sur (CIENTIFICA) and the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), to discuss electricity access projects in the communities of Laguna Grande and Rancherío (Paracas, Peru).
