Project description

This project aims to perform an analysis of production improvements aimed at optimizing resources through a modular product. In this way, in a first part of the project, different methods for obtaining a modular product are studied and detailed. To do this, different proposals are made and the most reliable one is chosen after carrying out different analyzes of productive efficiency. Once chosen, the different phases of implementation within the company are studied and written to have them identified for later implementation.
