Contract description

The project consists of two parts. The first one tries to specify how calendars are currently carried out (by assigning personnel to schedules, jobs and training), while analyzing their accuracy and proposing improvements. In this way, once the system for generating work schedules is specified, the problem to be solved is defined in detail, specifying its specifications. For this, the starting data are: the desired presence curve over time in each job, the availability of permanent and temporary workers along with their characteristics, the types of possible contracts that can be used and the versatility of the personal. Furthermore, the second part of the project tries to design, program, test and validate a computer system that automatically generates the calendars according to the definition of the problem to be solved defined in the first part.
